Perfect for my project and inexpensive

This foam is firmer than expected, I used it to reupholster some various boat parts. I prefer a little softer foam for a more rolled off edge. The sticky backing is VERY sticky though, once it’s down, it’s down.

Very stiff materials, very strong adhesive. Didn’t work well for me on some foot sores I needed to protect.

Used it to pad an old guitar case and it worked perfectly

I live in Tucson. Some cacti are vulnerable to frost damage on the growing tips. People here invert Styrofoam cups on the stems. This works for a stem that's too fat for a cup.

Worked great but I wish the adhesive was stronger. Maybe like 3M strength.

The product wrinkles as you unroll it and does not even stick to the foam it is attached to. Complete waste of money. If you want to just throw away money give it to a charity instead you'll feel better afterwards.

This foam is fine for what it is. The 1/4 inch doesn't roll well, so it was stuck to the plastic it was wrapped in, compressed by the tape that held it rolled, and somewhat hard to flatten out to work with. If you don't need precision, this could be great for you, but for my purposes, the ability to accurately cut the foam is essential. The plastic wrapping that you peel away is difficult to cut through and wrinkles badly when I try to flatten it. I'm not sure what effect this will have on the foam or adhesive over time.The foam is a bit denser than I expected. You do need a very sharp blade in order for to cut it cleanly. Change your blade frequently, especially once you cut through the adhesive backing and the plastic.The adhesive is pretty good. It is forgiving if you put just an edge down and need to re-align it on some surfaces and once it is adhered it will stay soundly, at least for my purposes.

Used this with some 3mm corrugated plastic sheet and hair pins to make my own trekpak peli insert for cheap. I had troubles finding durable adhesive foam and took a gamble with this stuff. It's super dense and durable, it will stand up to tool abuse (within reason). Super strong adhesive, once it's on it won't peel off. 4 stars because it came in thinner than advertised, roughly 2mm instead of 3mm. If you're looking to make your own trekpak insert this is the stuff to get. Keep in mind that the divider walls will have some flex to them, I added bike spokes inside the longer walls to keep them steady.
