Solo lo he usado para mantener agua y va bastante bien. Conserva el calor varias horas, aunque no a la misma temperatura, va bajando con el tiempo.Bajo la calificación porque tras menos de tres meses de uso, la pantalla ha dejado de mostrar la temperatura, la pintura se ha levantado, además antes de que fallase la pantalla, comprobé con un termómetro de cocina que la temperatura que marcaba estaba 5 grados por debajo de la real
