Llewellyn's Complete Book of Divination: Your Definitive Source for Learning Predictive & Prophetic Techniques (Llewellyn's Complete Book Series, 11)

I saw this book in physical form at a local store but until recently I didn't have much room for books. This is a great info book and reference on things divination. There are several others in the collection I intend to get to use to advance myself. I do feel some of these divinations aren't for newer practitioners. However, if interested and have time to do further studies this is a good starter book, even to just explore types of divination.

Excellent book by the master Richard Webster. This is THE go to book of forms of divination. Richard goes over the main stream forms as well as many obscure and not so known forms. As a professional I highly recommend this book. This book is great for professionals and beginners alike.

This book is big, but the font is large and in the tarot section, each card takes up a page. There's not enough information in some of the sections. I expected more for the price. It has been used as a reference guide in some sections, like Numerology, but I still had to get more books- The Future Now, The Encyclopedia of Crystals, The Ultimate Guide to Chakras, Tarot Tells the Tale, Wicca Spellbook Starter Kit, Of Witchcraft & Whimsy: A Beginner's Guide To Witchcraft, and Witch School First Degree. I'll be purchasing other books when I get the chance.

The single best one-volume compilation of divination information by perhaps the most authoritative author on the subject. Richard Webster has written many books on single topics on or related to divination, each among the best on its topic. Here he presents an alphabetically arranged near encyclopedia on divination. I have a shelf full of divination books, since this is an area of research for me as a Jungian oriented psychologist, and this is probably the single best.

Love this book. I learned a lot of things and refreshed knowledge that I already had. Great to keep around on your book shelf to reference back to.

Llewellyn books are organized very well & it's easy to find what you are looking for with TOC and/or Index. The information is thorough on the subjects. Love them!

Bought for a divination course I took. Very informative on MANY different practices of divination, some I have never even heard of before.

Great great book! So many new info for me and im practicing wicca for years. Just great buy! I know i will work with this book for years from now on.

If you want to learn about divination, find what type of divination you are interested in and buy a book of a well-known author that can explain the method to you in a comprehensive way. The author created this book to promote his other books on divination so you will not learn a thing. I am so sorry but I would not recommend it.-Si quieres aprender sobre adivinación, encuentra un libro sobre el tipo de adivinación que quieres aprender escrito por un autor reconocido que pueda explicarte el metodo de manera constructiva. El autor creó este libro para hacer publicidad a sus otros libros escritos. No aprendes anda. No puedo recomendarlo.

Si bien aborda los temas sin profundizar demasiado, puedo decir que este libro es una excelente referencia. Estoy encantada con la compra!
