So happy I gave this cover a try for the Xtreme Comforts 7" Wedge Pillow - it's a perfect fit even though the dimensions differ by 1". The fabric is super soft, and stays cool-feeling throughout the night. Very nicely made, with a zipper that goes around the corner to make putting it on a foam pillow easy.

Pillow is of quality foam,comfortable and the height is just right for me. I am 5'2" 135 lbs I am trying to train myself to sleep on my back as my doctor says it would be healthier for my Acid Reflex, but you can sleep easily on your side if you're a side sleeper comfortably. I have noticed a difference in my Acid Reflex as it is much calmer with little gurgle or belching. Allot of reviewers were looking for a Pillow Case, I found one on Amazon by Thera Health. If you type in Wedge Pillow Cover it should pop up. Very nicely made so I always have a spare when one is in the wash.

At first, it was difficult to get used to the bed wedge as it's stiff for about a week, but having read that, I stuck with it. Now it is comfortable as well as helpful for sleeping. The cover fits perfectly.

It fits perfect. I washed it first, and dried it on a fluff air setting. It washes well. Material is soft to the touch.

Seemed nice but didn’t fit my wedge even though some commentators said it ran big enough. Amazon took it back and I will look for a larger one.

This wedge arrived 5 days earlier than expected. Unpacking was a bit difficult but not terrible. Great quality cover on supportive dense memory foam wedge. I slept so well last night and neck and shoulders thank me. Glad I purchased and thinking of getting one for husband.

Elevates my elderly father enough to help with phlegm buildup while he sleeps. Heavy enough not to move around and large enough so he doesn't roll off. Slope is gentle enough that he can still use a pillow.

I was afraid it wouldn't fit properly, that it would shrink when I washed it and dry out of shape, but none of those things happened! Took me a minute to sort out what side went where - it zips on differently than the original cover, but that's my fault, not the cover's. i would buy it again and recommend it.
