Great read!
Probably my least favourite of the series and I'll explain why, however it is still worth the money and the read!Loved the story and the relationship that bloomed between them.Very small spoiler*What I wasn't the biggest fan of was the blood. He has very particular tastes. He is a fan of bondage, and collars, but also blood. In particular he likes to cut her (mildly) and lick the blood (usually). Blood doesnt bother me, but I'm don't have much of an interest in that kind of fetish/need.Luckily it isn't constantly in your face, and you can read it easily even if you aren't a fan of blood.Worth the read!

GREAT READ
Chased is dark and gritty. It's fast- paced and steamy.Chase is a killer but he’s not heartless. He buys Syrena and finds himself smitten with her doesn’t let being blind hold her back. She craves her freedom.

A good read. Opens up your eyes to the dark side of some nasty humans. At least it has a happy ending.

Ok
I enjoyed most of the book it was just the ending it felt rushed everything seem to happen in a couple of chapters and then it was the epilogue it was very disappointing. I did enjoy this book more than locked but Caged will always be my favourite.

I absolutely loved it!
“Her existence will be my downfall of my only salvation. I have to know which one it’s going to be.”Clarissa had done it again!!!She had delivered a book that is completely all consuming and addictive. A book that you will not want to put down until you have devoured the whole thing in one sitting.I absolutely loved it!! And being totally honest, I enjoyed it more than I did ‘Caged’ and ‘Locked’.I’ve wanted Syrena’s book ever since we met her in ‘Caged’. I wanted her to get her freedom. The ending she deserved.Chase was a monster. “A savage in a suit who enjoys dishing out pain”. He was ruthless but he also had the biggest heart.Their story was unconventional. But for them it worked.“Love isn’t about questions and answers, about truth and lies, about rights and wrongs. It’s about how badly you want it more than anything. How cropped it makes you feel when it isn’t there. And how powerful it makes you feel when it is.”This truly was an amazing book and one I couldn’t recommend enough.

Great, engaging read
4.5 starsThis was a dark and twisted read from Clarissa Wild with a pair of unique and memorable characters.Told in a dual POV, the story centers around Chase, a dark, twisted mysterious character who purchases the heroine, Syrena at an auction. She is there against her will, and when she is bought by him she expects the worst. The chemistry between the two main characters is great and their story is a roller coaster of emotions. I liked both characters, especially Syrena, who I found to be strong, sassy and endearing.I found the flow of the book to be good as was the writing, though for me it was at times a little repetitive. I was engaged from start to end and look forward to reading more of her work. The author manages to balance plot lines with sexual encounters and creates dialogue which really brings her characters to life.*Reviewed on behalf of Amo's Book Corner*

I really loved Chased by Clarissa Wild
I really loved Chased by Clarissa Wild. From the moment I picked this up, I was invested.Chased is basically Syrena and Chase's story and tells events after Chase purchases Syrena from an illegal sale.I'm going to try and keep this short and sweet. So I do love me a twisted deviant hero and with Chase, we have this in spades.Chase may be all sorts of wrong but he is also all sorts of right for Syrena.I wasn't quite sure initially exactly what he was hoping to accomplish with Syrena but as things progressed further along it quickly became apparent.Chase lives by his own agenda of rules and because of these, he was swiftly falling into a black hole.Syrena for him was a test to see how far down this rabbit hole he had fallen.Syrena herself was much harder to get a handle on, but I believe she was just the right side of feisty.Too much and maybe there would have been more of a power struggle between these two.I think the balance was just right here. And with Chase ultimately looking for innocent and vulnerable, well whats more so than a blind girl.I also think Chase was initially surprised at how independent Syrena actually was, she wasn't quite the shrinking violet he was ultimately expecting.I also loved how there was a deeper story running underneath, a river flowing that we gradually became more aware of as events unfolded. This for me delivered one hundred percent. My only slight gripe would be that I was not completely convinced about syrena being blind and able to hold down a waitressing and cleaning job.It doesn't seem likely in my opinion. But that's just my opinion and I could be wrong. So Chased delivered on all fronts for me and I found it to be an engrossing actioned packed read that I enjoyed immensely. And I have no problem recommending this to others.I hope you give Chased a go and enjoy it as much as me.one final thing, From other reviews I've gathered this is part of an ongoing series.I read this as a standalone and had no issues at all following along.I was provided with an ARC of "Chased" By the author of which I have reviewed voluntary. All opinions expressed are entirely my own.
