For sterilising purposes lamps should be replaced every 6 months (approximately 4000 hours) For clarification purposes lamps can be replaced once a year (approximately 8000 hours) When replacing the lamp the quartz sleeve should be cleaned and washed with water to remove any dirt that may have built up - please make sure you do not get any water on to the lamp, the quartz sleeve should be completely dry before putting it back in to the unit

IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP THE WATER CLEAN FOR THE GOLDFISH
Having needed a new 12" UVC bulb tube lamp for my fish pond I was pleased at the very quick delivery time. Being rather incapacitated I had to wait for one of my family to give me a hand. A suitable day arrived and the new 12" UVC bulb was fitted in place in the pond's water refiner. The power was switched on and every thing was working well. The water in the pond was soon much clearer and the fish returned to hurtling up and down their pond. I must thank Stoents Industrial Ltd for supplying my order and at a very fairer price than the much dearer prices other providers tried to charge. Well done.

Well packed ,quick delivery , quality looks fine ,it works and was nine pound cheaper than my local garden center which is where I bought my last one which only lasted 6 months.
