Zen Therapy Neck and Shoulder Wrap delivers fast relief.
I’m pleased with the neck and shoulder wrap because:It arrived very quickly, and without excessive packaging.The fabric is soft, the weight of it is comfortable, the fragrance is subtle, it retains a moist heat and use of this provides some relief. I haven’t used it as cold therapy yet.Overall, happy with it!

Stays in place and works great
My daughter, who happens to be a nurse, recommended this product; she has owned a Zen Therapy neck pad for a little while and is very pleased with it, so I ordered one. It came immediately, and went out of the box and into the microwave for two minutes, and then onto my neck, where it has been pretty much ever since. I have had a pulled neck muscle that was bothering me for several days, and getting a conventional heating pad to stay in contact with the sore area was nearly impossible. The Zen Therapy neck pad goes right where it is needed and stays in place; it has really given me relief and sped the healing process, and aside from that it just feels really good (had my wife try it on just to show her how it worked, and ended up having a hard time getting it back from her...). Bottom line: I love it, and highly recommend it to anyone with neck or upper back pain. Great product.

Works great!!
Some reviewer said that it wouldn't work for men. Don't know why they'd said that. It works fine. My only complaint would be that for a big guy like myself, it's a little small, but it's do-able. I'm using it for a neck and shoulder issue. About two minutes and thirty seconds in the mike and it's good to go. Holds the heat well and lasts for quite a while. It definitely does the job for what I needed it for. I would recommend it to a friend in need. The contents of the wrap give off a mild odor when heated, but it's not unpleasant.

Good pain relief
I love this wrap. It's an excellent weight and is very soft. I keep it in the freezer and it does not get too cold to put directly on my shoulders. I've not heated it yet but I can imagine with the weight and feel of it, it would be very soothing as well. I suffer from chronic neck and shoulder pain and this has given me a great deal of relief. I wish it were bigger.

I would recommend this product.
I liked the weight and comfort of this product. It's heaviness helps drive the heat/cold into the muscle tissue. I also noticed a moist heat effect immediately after the application.I plan to make a modification of adding a velcro strap to the front to keep the collar tighter to my neck.If I had a complaint it would be that the cape portion does not go across my shoulders, but only about 3/4 of the way. I am not going to say this is a design flaw as I am above average in shoulder size. I would have paid more for a larger wrap though.

Smell good and soft material
I will keep it because it does fit nice around the neck and shoulders and it smells good. But, it does not stay hot for very long, and I have to re-heat it again, when I would rather relax and let it do its job, and you have to be careful for hotspots even when you shake the pad like they said to when taking out of the microwave. The other downside, hard to use it anywhere else unless you lay on it.

JUST AS ADVERTISED
I am at a computer all day because of work and my neck and back suffer the consequences. This neck wrap is just what I need to come home to. I put it 2 min in the microwave and it is just the right temp. It has aroma therapy, good quality, heavy enough for the shoulders. And I loooooove that it wraps around the neck!

A great relief for migraines!
Chronic migraines run in my family, and this is the first ice/heat pack I’ve found that can get most of the trouble spots at once! Not only is it incredibly soft, but since it’s not filled with gel like many others I’m not so concerned that one of my cats will pop it.I was a little worried about if the smell from the aromatics would be too much since my mom and I both have sensitive noses–smells that are too strong are often triggers for nausea and migraines–but it turned out to be barely noticeable.The filling makes it a little heavy which is perfect for adding a little pressure in with the cold/heat and helping to relax the muscles.Overall I’m very pleased with this, and my only wish is that the neck piece were a bit taller so it could easily reach the occipitals.

No sé qué tal funcione caliente, pero para el frío no está tan bueno. Lo dejo en el congelador más de un día y cuando te lo pones no está tan frío ni dura tanto, me sirven más los packs de gel. Pero bueno, igual y para calientes sí funciona.

Eases tension and relaxing
Tried it today and it worked. My shoulder, neck and back was starting to tense up. I put the pad on the microwave for a couple's of minutes and or say comfortably on my neck and shoulders. It felt great. It was warm and the weight was just right. I did it a couple of times and it really helped with the tension. It went away and I felt relax very soothing. The material is soft and plush. Felt good on the skin. I would recommend the product.
