We learned about this supplement dessert treat while my mother was in the hospital and she needed extra protein. Every time she had it with her meal it brightened her day. We served it at lunch and dinner as part of an overall plan to boost her protein. When she came home we ordered it and it was a real high point still but we found it was pricey and as she felt better we were able to expand her diet and use other protein sources. We wish it was a little more affordable. She liked all the flavors but especially the chocolate. The thickness and texture are just perfect so that you could eat it as a pudding or as an ice cream depending on the temperature. I understand it's good for anyone with swallowing challenges. Her lack of appetite when she was in a lot of pain was her main challenge and the delicious flavor of this dessert overcame that problem handily. Highly recommend.

My minty year young mother loved these cups! She would not drink protein drinks for the elderly. She didn’t like Vanilla but liked all the other flavors. It was an easier way to increase protein intake. She said they’re best when you leave it sit for a few minutes to soften up. Was worth the price.

Ice cream is wonderful, amazing taste. It was perfectly frozen when we got it delivered. The big problem is a very tiny , clumsy , very tin plastic it comes in. Each individual cup a very very weak plastic that immediately breaks down while you trying to eat it and ice cream start coming out from the cracks. Ice cream is magic, but cups not magic:) Need work on improving plastic cups

My 83 year old mom is now about 90 pounds after a serious illness and a stint in the hospital and rehab. She has dementia, so she has trouble remembering whether or not she ate. Boost and Ensure drinks are so filling that she has no room for meals. But she desperately needs more protein! The magic cups are the perfect solution to this, as the carb count is much lower than supplement drinks. She loves the taste, especially vanilla, and they don’t fill her up. She eats a half to a full between meals twice a day. She keeps them frozen and moves a couple into the fridge every day, they thaw quickly, she likes them both thawed and frozen. And she is not uncomfortably bloated after ingesting, as she was with the drinks. Because she is actually eating these, we know how much protein she’s getting, and her weight has been increasing by two pounds a month. She seems healthier all around.

I gave this to a person who food intake was poor, but she loved this.

My mother will not eat unless she has this. She is in a nursing home. This is way too expensive to purchase 3 per day for 30 days. She is malnourished and with this, it encourages eating!
