It does annoy me when I receive items with no instructions enclosed! It was pretty tight to open the first time and naturally one doesn't like to use too much force when unsure of the procedure required. Now we've got it working its OK but doesn't feel like its going to last a long time and we wish we had paid more and got one from a shop?

It is a relatively easy to use grinder and it works on Pink salt where my other grinder doesn't, and produces a fantastic amount of salt for small amounts of turning. It isn't a very sturdy device however made of somewhat poorly fitting plastic. The setting for the grinder on the bottom is already stuck and not working after a few days of usage. After 2 weeks it broke and I can't change grind size and it doesn't turn consistently.

This is clearly a cheap fake. It's obviously plastic - not stainless steal - and it stinks! Will be sending back. Avoid ordering from this company!

The clear plastic bit came apart St the wrong joint whilst using it. Had to glue it back.
