PMS Comfort's Woman's Select Multi is a comprehensive vitamin and mineral formula. Take 2 tablets daily, with a meal. PMS Comfort's CMZ is an all-natural, vegetarian formula of essential minerals: calcium, magnesium, and zinc. Take 1 tablet daily, preferably with a meal. Most women find PMS Comfort supplements easy to swallow. They are of average or smaller size compared to most nutritional supplements. Take the supplements with a meal, especially the multi.
