Very Poor Quality, Obviosly Quality Control is None Esisting.
Allne Screw had been Forcibly Incorrectly Cross Threaded and if that had been removable, the next problem facibng the buter was:How on earth does the Buyer manage to get the Shade on to the Light fixture. The Retaining clips mean that there is insufficient room to safely get the Shade on without breaking.Veryu Poor Quality. Very Poor Customer Service. I would Not but anything from them again

Nice lamp but wring instructions should state that the fitting needs an earth wire
Nice lamp but the wiring instructions should state that an earth wire is required, including this requirement may stop returns.
