I bought these for my espresso machine. I've read reviews here that say these cups crack easily and are fragile so I don't put mine in the dishwasher. I only wash these by hand. And I've had them for about 2 months and I have not had any of them crack or otherwise get compromised.They are double walled glass so when you pick up the cup you don't "feel the heat" as it were. During the week I always add a shot of espresso to my coffee. These cups are great for measuring your espresso. On weekends though my youngest son and I like to have Cappuccino with steamed half and half and turbinado sugar. This stuff is such a luxury and these glasses make an excellent presentation.I love mine!

These glasses are the perfect size for their intended use - small amounts of chilled or hot beverages that will remain chilled or hot far longer than in traditional cups. These are a comfortable size to hold, will show the colors of the beverage with elegance, and are just plain cute. I knew exactly how much 2.7 ounces was when I ordered and therefore had a good idea of the size. I am exceedingly happy with these, and they will be a joy to use when entertaining. They are more fragile than some traditional mugs, so over time, they will break and need replacing. But they are worth it because they really do maintain the temperature of the beverage and do not sweat.

I bought these to use for shots of espresso. They are large enough to accommodate one small shot. They look great and feel comfortable when holding. Nice insulation so the shot stays warm, and it doesn't burn hands. The lip is rounded. The glass is thin, so care is needed when handling and washing. The packaging was for another item, but the correct item was inside.

I cannot believe that one of these cups spontaneously exploded while I was washing it under hot waterI think the heat probably heated the air in between the dual chamber which may have increased the pressureI would be very careful w this bc espresso is a hot liquid and I would not want anyone to have this happen to them as they are drinking from it!!!

What a terrific idea. Fun to use for espresso or for Turkish coffee. Wash in a second, and they float happily in the sink.

These would be good, but one out of the four was defective. there was an open hole at the bottom of one cup that allowed moisture to condense between the walls. So, I ended up with 3 good cups and one throw-away.

Seem to handle a light bump or knock well. Espresso shots are cooled too quickly.

They seem somewhat fragile, but we will see. Held up with one wash in the dishwasher so far. Very pretty, double walls don’t burn your fingers. Might spend the extra $2 on a more well known brand next time.
