Double blade small Plane 40mm x 210mm

This is a nice little double blade wood plane made of solid wood. It is handy for small to medium wood projects. The blade holding shaft is strong enough to hold the blades in place. The blade is sharp and ready to use out of the box. Yet, I am a perfectionist and found the holding blade is not evenly sharpened so I do a little sharpening myself to make it sit evenly on the sharpening blade. It does the job really well and can cut wood sharp and thin.

Don't cut any shavings only simple wood spoon. Tried to adjust the blade with bigger and smaller opening without any results. Does anyone have any suggestions for solving this ?

Blade very tight in block, damaged block getting it out. Blade obviously ground on a grinding wheel, no hollow back.

Great quality item. Love using this.
