Love this is absolutely delicious and not too strong or tart just right, get this when experiencing awful cramps use it once a day till it runs out and no more cramps when they return just repeat highly recommend, bought for my sister as well. If poorly with sickness or diarrhoea it’s a must for hydration keeps me away from hospitals

They really work for my partner who has a lot of cramp whilst working. He just pops one in his squash bottle (mango and orange) and so it goes well, doesn't seem to make much of a difference to the taste, which is a positive as these things can taste funky. He's happy, and a lot less cramp - none at all on most days. And it was keeping him awake after work, so he's sleeping a lot more, a lot better, thanks to these. £5 a month is well worth it. My wife and I have been using these during the recent heatwave. They have a great taste and keep one hydrated with a nice balance of electrolytes. We take two a day and really feel they are doing good.

These electrolytes taste great, unlike some powders. I have one every morning and really enjoy it instead of trying to force it down. Lightly sparkling fruity flavours. Good value especially when on sale!

High 5 Zero has become my go-to electrolyte brand because they’re affordable enough to keep buying regularly. I’ve tried both the Berry and Grapefruit flavors—they dissolve quickly, which is convenient, and while they’re a bit on the sweet side, they do a great job of keeping me hydrated. I taken these for years as a daily rehydration remedy, especially during hot weather and essential in tropical climates. I was in Bali recently and High5 worked perfectly. I never felt dehydrated and seem to give extra energy, this was essential as we climbed a volcano! The taste is palatable and they disperse in water with no lumpy bits.

Usually I use these after a run in the heat, but in the past I've used them when hiking, running, cycling, or sometimes when I just need to hydrate and get the feeling that regular water is just flowing through me. They are sugar-free, containing sucralose for sweetness. I don't know why they don't use regular sugar, given they are aimed at people who have been exercising and probably don't need to worry too much about avoiding sugar, but somewhere that decision was made. They contain a selection of electrolytes and come in a range of flavors. This one is the pink grapefruit and my favorite so far. I also tried Citrus (pretty good) and Berry (not really for me). The suggested usage is 1 tablet per 750ml (very roughly 24oz) of water, doubling up if you want a stronger taste. Personally I find one tablet is too little and two is too much, but thankfully they have a score mark in the middle and break in half. One tablet in 16oz of water works well for me. I usually use a tablet and a half in a 24oz water bottle, which hits the sweet spot for me. A few of the electrolyte tablets I've come across focus on replacing sodium whereas these also contain some potassium and magnesium. I'd prefer to see something with a little more potassium and magnesium but it's not necessarily as simple as "just add more" when there's no way of controlling how many of the things someone might decide to consume. These are my go-to hydration tablets and have been for years.

Ich bin seit einiger Zeit in Brasilien unterwegs und verwende die Brausetapletten sowohl beim Sport als auch im Alltag um ausreichend Mineralien zuzuführen. Das Wetter ist sehr schweißtreibend und die Tabletten sorgen für einen hervorragenden Ausgleich. Mangelnde Mineralien machen sich meist duch erschöpfung bemerkbar. Ich habe bereits auch andere Mineraltabletten getestet (beim Sport und im Alltag) und die High5 Produkte sind deutlich besser (schnellere Regeneration bzw, mehr Ausdauer). Ich vergebe 4 Sterne, da die Brausetabletten mit Koffein noch wirksammer sind. Sicher wird es nach ausführlicher Nachforschung noch andere Produkte geben welche besser sind, die gibt es immer wenn man lange genug sucht.

I've been using this product for years. The product is very good. The only caveat is the packaging. The original packaging does not survive international shipping and needs to be wrapped and packaged properly.
