I cant find replacement blades used both the spares it came with anyone know where to buy them?

How do you change the blades- Ive lost the instructions

My little hole one doesn't sharpen have tried the spare one it came with but think they both faulty

Can this sharlpener be used with the faber castell polychromos, derwent coloursofts, derwent procolours and the arteza pencils
