Portable Mini Torch USB Rechargeable LED Flashlight Lamp Pocket Keychain Keyring for Outdoor

I purchased a pair of these because, firstly, I'm a sucker for torches and don't already have anything like this, and secondly because the value seemed not to be believable. Surely they would be dim fireflys or fall apart on first operation, or /something/, and I was intrigued as to what it might be. Cheap enough to find out.Well, they turned up in the expected time and looked to be robust enough. You twist the lens end to turn them on or off, and that has a satisfying latching feeling. Similarly, the USB plug cover is twisted to remove, and that has a firm latching action too. The torches are very light indeed, so maybe there isn't actually a battery in there. Nope, not that - they were both well charged and took about an hour to run down sufficiently that they needed charging.Ah-ha! This must be it: plugged them into my fast charger and that showed no current being sucked out at all. Hmmm. Used a plug-in USB meter instead and that also showed no charge occurring. Well, the were both wrong because the little things charged up fine, its just that they take less than 10mA so don't reach the minimum threshold for the USB meters to register.Excellent little things, they are. But they are not flaw-free: the light is very definitely towards the blue end of the spectrum and there is no indication that they are either charging or fully charged. Small points, though. A surprising plus is that the beam is very well focused into a sharp-edged circle, something far more expensive torches can't seem to manage.These are one of those things that exceeded expectations.

These torches are brilliant, very bright and very small, easy to charge with its a built-in USB connector. Charges quickly easy to fit on your key ring with its own clip. Very hand does the job of illuminating the area extremely well has saved me stepping into a deep pothole filled with water.

I think we have to judge this little torch on how much it costs. Its not a top of the range lensor torch... and nor does the price reflect that in anyway. Its not going to be used for lighting up football fields or use for cave diving!I use it for finding my keys and sometimes for having a quick look behind cabinets or dark areas where i work. It does the job.Its light weight and easy to use (you gently twist the end)Charging is at the other end, (firm twist).My only gripe is theres no charging light or indication... BUT... lets look at the cost here... its penny's. For what i've paid for it, i'm happy with what it does.Been using it for several months and no issues yet.

This is my second one as I am very pleased with the first one. Easy to use and not too bright- ideal for a small easy access pocket torch. Not sure about battery life as it has not yet been fully discharged, hence 4 stars as it's an unknown quantity, but definitely not poor.

Average at best they're ok but not really that bright most annoying thing is though when you plug them in to charge there's no indication to tell you if they're actually charging so you just kind of hope for the best! Have stopped using now and have purchased one which does have a charging indicator and is very much brighter! Also took an age to arrive once ordered (didn't realise that they were coming from China!)

Want expecting much for such low cost but pleasantly surprised - ideal for keyring/emergency pocket torch to help find doorlock at night..

The top of the torch falls off easily and the one I bought as a gift was lost on the first day!
