HUNG UP/ SCREWED/TAPPED OUT!!!
Have used one for years when hanging on dry wall and soft wood. Just push and start screw hole. Use it to mark spot to drill thin metal and plastic. I own two because constantly misplace. I’m lost hanging things without this. Also use on leather. It’s durable and good comfort grip.

Wish it were shorter and the shaft a thicker guage.
Using as a tool for my tool pouch, opted for the Klein awl instead, this awl is insubstantial.
