The travel pillow is very comfortable. The fabric is very soft. The fiber on the pillow have plush soft touching. And it comes with a bag for easy storage. When flying by plane,it brings you a lot of comfort. And you will feel completely relax. It is worth buying it!!! I highly recommend this product.

I purchased this pillow after I had trigeminal neuralgia decompression surgery and was waking up every morning with headaches due to the pressure on my head while sleeping. The pillow helped me alignedmy head and neck so that I was able to sleep without the pressure and wake up each morning without headaches.

I got this for my mother-in-law who had a stroke and needed some support to sit up on bed. She also uses it when she's in her wheelchair. She loves it! She said that it is very comfortable and could fall asleep anywhere with it.

Memory foam has a nice amount of "give" - just enough to adjust around the neck and shoulders, and just enough firmness to support your head (....when you fall asleep in the lounger "watching" TV.....). Thanks Sendi....and Amazon!

I gave this product a 5 because I know it said Travel pillow but i actually use it to sleep in bed. The support is great and i get a good nights rest or day nap with this tucked around my neck. For someone who needs an additional neck support while in bed and can't afford all this medical stuff this could do the trick. The material, memory foam, is great. It really keeps the neck supported.

The neck pillow has been perfect for my husband who uses it at rehab. He tended to drop his head and fall asleep cutting off his oxygen but the pillow fits perfectly, very well made, and even has a case. Also, uses it at dialysis. I'm sure it's perfect for car and airplane but also perfect for many other uses.

The pillow is made of quality material but that's all I can say for it. It's really small and the hole is HUGE so that it doesn't come up nearly high enough for you to be able to rest your head on it, and if you do, the other end just flies up. The fact that you can't tighten it makes it impossible to actually use. The way it's built makes absolutely no sense. I tried this on 2 plane rides and I might as well have had no pillow, no comfort or support whatsoever. I'm getting rid of it and buying a bigger, softer pillow that adjusts to be tighter. This one is just loose, hard as a brick, and flopping around.
