Dwarf Patio Stella Cherry Tree, in a 5L Pot, Miniature & Self-Fertile 3fatpigs®

I bought one of these in 2018 - and obviously plants/trees take a while to develop fully. It's now 2024 and I'm wondering why my "dwarf" tree has become so tall and it's still growing (think it's probably now around 12' tall? though I'm unable to measure its height). I expected that a dwarf tree would probably grow to around 6' - 8' tall and therefore be manageable for me. Maybe the explanation lies in the photo? - as the cherries on the tree in the photo are dark red - whereas the cherries this tree produces are sort of yellow/pink. It may be that I've been sent a different species to what I clearly ordered? Whatever the explanation for its height - there is no way what I received is a dwarf.

Bought as a Mother’s Day present. Arrived healthy and in good condition. Has grown a lot since and seems to be thriving.

My order arrived very promptly and the tree looked in good condition, the only thing that did disappoint me some what was that as this was a gift for someone there was no label giving any further information or any instructions on the best way to tend to it.

Got it a month ago and planted in a big pot. It is sturdy. Started growing green leaves. It survived from recent frost 2weeks ago. I am pleased with the product.

It got lost over the Christmas period but the sellers kept me informed. It a present so I was glad when it turned up and seemed to be fine. Better late than never.

Arrived in perfect condition.
