Green DOP Wax for Lapidary Cabochon Forming Cutting and Polishing Dopping Wax Sticks Stone Dopping Wax Lapidary DOP Wax (4 Pieces)

Dob wax was in a box and it was broken into a small pieces. I guess that’s OK if you’re gonna use a wax melter. I know years ago we used to take small pieces and just heat them up with a match and stick it on the stick and put the stone on.

My initial review of this wax was positive. Now after trying it for several months I am reversing my previous comments. I bought a new wax pot like the one pictured on the page. The wax melted into a lime green semi transparent liquid like no dip wax I’ve ever seen. I tried it on wooden sticks but couldn’t get enough to make the stones stick to the wax. I pulled the old wax pot and tried it with the same amount of wax. The wax was a little darker but it still won’t hold on to the sticks or stones.
