Great product, great value!
Light weight, VERY sharp. I bought my first one in a store, at a higher price. Liked it so much, I bought a second one on Amazon for a friend who had used mine and also loved it. Works well, easy to clean.

This was a total waste of money
This was a total waste of money. I have had the Prepworks mandoline for several years and love it. My daughter is in college and wanted to make soup so I sent her this one. I used it first. You are asking to have your fingers sliced off if you use this. The blade is dull so you really had to push the veggies through. My Prepworks makes short work of carrots, parsnips, celery, onions, etc. so I am returning this dull thing and going back to the one that works.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002THQ9JS/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Is there supposed to be this much blood?
Is there supposed to be this much blood? I really like this product for the most part, but there really is way too much blood in my opinion. I can't slice anything going into a sauce unless it's marinara and my onions look like beats once processed. Is everyone else getting this much blood? It really does to a FANTASTIC job slicing, but I no longer have finger prints and that wasn't a detail mentioned on the box. That detail aside, I would recommend this product.

amazing value. saw this being sold on ebay for more money. Does a really decent job.
Dirt cheap. Works fine. Easy clean. Cutters all store in unit-can't get lost-ingenius design. Can spend a lot more-why bother

Great!
Awesome product. Bought it as a gift for my father-in-law. He loves it and it cleans up easily and cuts well. What more could you ask for?

Not a good product
The blade on this piece of junk was dull when I got it. It is a terrible product.

I love this slicer
I love this slicer! I have 2 of these. I purchased one from Amazon and one from Aldi. I have other more expensive slicers that don't work half as well as this one. The blades are sharp and there are a lot of different options!

Broke before I even used it!
I bought one at Aldi on sale. I see why it was so cheap! The GOOD--1) nice cut outs on the bottom so you can put it over the edges of various size bowls2) sturdy food grip looks like it won't breakThe BAD--1) I took it out of the box and peeled off the safety film sticking to the small blade. The blade fell off! Very poorly attached.2) So I tried out the julienne attachment. Wouldn't cut a carrot!3) The straight blade (vs. V-blade of some other mandolins) makes it harder to cut food.4) Having all the different blades stored in the unit makes you have to either take them all out before you use it, or you have to wash them all since they will all get dirty. Poor design.I have a German-made mandolin that I've used for at least 15 years. It still slices like a dream. The only thing that broke is the food grip handle. Maybe I'll keep the Crofton food gripper and use it with my current mandolin.
