Very useful to learn the basics of the German language

This was the book recommended for my German course.I found this to be the best priced book, of anywhere I'd looked.No need to panic about it arriving on time, as the delivery was very prompt.

This book took quite a while to arrive, but when it did it was in immaculate condition. I am using the coursebook for one of my university modules, so bought this to accompany it, it's good, but everything is explained in German, not ideal for a beginner's book!

Great I love this book, the english translations and explanations are amazingly helpful.

Book is in perfect conditions, really helpful during German classes to practice and improve learning, but it took so much time to arrive that I have now almost 30 pages of exercise to do.

I love this book. I only wish it was easier to come by

The book for the English-speaking student presents the grammar rules and theory in English which is an absolute must. Apparently there is a version for French-speakers and those who speak other languages who are learning German too. Just make sure you got the right one.

Das englischsprachige Workbook ist nicht nur die Übersetzung des Workbook-Teils in den Bänden 1-5/6-10, sondern es bietet darüber hinaus auch gute Zusammenfassungen der jeweiligen Grammatikthemen - auf Englisch! Da das Grammatikformat bei Hueber nicht immer einheitlich ist, also auch eine gute Hilfe für den Lehrer/die Lehrerin. Ich wusste z.B. nicht, welche englischsprachigen Begriffe sich für "Ergänzung" und "Erweiterung" am besten eignen.Das Preiskonzept von Hueber überzeugt nicht - einen A1-Lehrgang auf 3 Schülerbücher + 2 Lehrerhandbücher + 1 Doppel-CD Hörtexte (und, wer mag, ein Glossar!) aufzuteilen, ist nicht in Ordnung. Daher einen Stern Abzug. Lieber ein etwas teureres Gesamtwerk. Aber diese Aufteilung von Lehrgängen sieht man ja nicht nur bei Hueber...

Nella versione tedesco - italiano ci sono molto più spiegazioni ed aiuti per la comprensione di ogni lezione. Per questo motivo la versione inglese è meno soddisfacente

Die vielen unleserlichen Kommentare im Buch sind nicht sonderlich erfreulich, aber nicht so störend. Allerdings stinkt das Buch sehr muffig.
