Left only one other review in my life but this olive oil is simply delicious. I love olive oil and have searched for years for the ideal olive oil. Some are good, most are too weak or too strong and or bitter. This olive oul is the perfect balance. Mild, yet wonderfully tasty. Its like eating savory liquid flowers with the very essense of a whole perfect olive. So smooth, light, aromatic and heavenly. I love it in a salad or just on bread or crackers with a hint of salt. I am getting ready to order 2 more bottles! Hope you enjoy as much as I have.

This olive oil is of top quality, the flavor is mild but with body and the aroma is and enhancer of any meal.

A few years ago I received a bottle of oil made from single origin Picual olives and it was very different from my other olive oils ( Zoe, Napa Valley Naturals and others). It didn't have a strong flavor but was extremely pleasant and I could use it for dressings, dips, cooking and bread making. So, I came to Amazon to search for other Picual oils and found this brand. I will never use any other less desireable olive oil unless I'm cooking something that won't be affected by the flavor of the oil. This brand is exceptional and I've purchased both the regular and organic.

Again this is pure taste. I couldnt reeally tell it from Pompeian. If youre gonna try it buy a SMALL bottle.

I’m from Spain and this is the best olive oil. I I’ve been subscribed for more than a year and can’t ask for a better product.. this time I have a little issue with the bottle was delivery with some packaging problem because it’s full of all around the box in the plastic but the bottle it’s sealed. Anyway, Amazon give me a refund. I’m gonna order another bottle because probably it’s just exception.

This is a favorite finishing olive oil for me and I could no longer find it at my local store. My one concern with buying it on-line was the possibility of getting an expired batch (or near expiration date) but the bottle that I received had plenty of shelf life to it so I am quite pleased.

Great color and taste this is the best Spanish EVOO that I have ever had. Use it for Spanish, Puerto Rican, and Cuban cooking. Straight out of the bottle it has an excellent taste.
