frame was not difficult to assemble, and it looks great..... I'm glad and i like it! however some pieces were not labeled, the instructions were weird in a couple places and screw packaging was labeled incorrectly ...... none of which was insurmountable

Sturdy and aesthetically pleasing the lights didn’t stay on we have to figure out another way to glue them cause it’s not strong enough but other than that great.

Good product , easy to assemble. Unfortunately the lights did not work which was part of the decision to buy the frame in the first place . Contacted customer support to get replacement lights sent and they can only replace the whole item. I’m sure we can buy replacement lights but that’s not the point . It came with our purchase and disappointed in the response .

So we had a bed delivered missing Part 7, which is vital as it is one of the main support pieces. It states on the paperwork to contact the company directly which we did. If course we threw out the huge box that it was delivered in. Now we have not heard from the company and Amazon will only refund us if we box up this heavy, big item and drop it off at a UPS. Now we have small cars, so can't do it that way and I am not spending more money on this item. Would not recommend purchasing this item, because if you have any issues you are screwed!Also the headboard shelves are tiny and the LED lights fall off all the time and stick like concrete to any surface, other than the bedframe. You have to keep unplugging the lights, when you plug anything else in, then plugging them back in.

Very easy to assemble looks great exactly like the picture!!! Definitely worth it

Note that simple and easy are not the same thing. It was pretty time consuming, and required a helper, but with the right tools and some threadlocker it's looking pretty good. My only issue is my wife and I use a sleep number bed, and the flexible air bladder does sag inbetween the struts of the frame. A simple piece of 1/4" plywood fixed the issue no problem. Overall it's very nice to have a real, solid bed frame as opposed to a folding/collapsible one on wheels that shifts around and squeaks.

The parts where all there not to difficult to assembled if you follow the instructions in the manual. I love it its so comfortable feels like heavy duty it's doesn't feel like it's moves. I recommend

The bed frame is super solid, i love it, my only complaint is that theres a space between headboard and bottom bed frame in which ur pill Can fall out of. I would suggest getting a bed thats at least 12-14” tall or getting a 10” mattress with a foam topper to get rid of the space. Also the LED lights dont work well. I’ve connected them and they were working good but stopped working after i turned them off and wouldnt turn back on. Its best to buy them separately.
