Kobalt toolboxes, sold by Lowes, have a problem with the rubber cast on the plastic caster wheels. Given time, the rubber deteriorates and comes of in chunks. Assuming the tool box is loaded, it is nearly impossible to move since the deteriorated rubber wheels won't turn. These wheels are a good reasonable cost replacement for the poor materials from the OEM; Note; Lowes or Kobalt will not help, but they will be glad to sell you a high $$$ replacement set, which will likely fail again. One caution, don't use these wheels in wet locations. If they are kept dry, they should last a long time.

Couldn’t ask for better. Have these under a large heavy toolbox. The box is so easy to move.

Solid smooth caster

I got these by reading a Review in here by user Jim Pittman...man was he right...these are great replacement wheels for my Kobalt Toolbox...super simple to replace and are far better quality than factory.Excellent wheels
