I installed a ranch gate across the middle of my drive to leave 2 parking spaces closer to the street and multiple spaces inside the gate for overnite parking. The latch is a two-way so I can outward towards the street or inward to drive to the side or rear of the house. ZERO sagging. Very sturdy and reliable.

Great products!!! We love these. They work well on our farm gates. Fairly easy to install if you have the right tools. There is a built in security feature where a lock can be added if needed. We have bought 4 so far and may get more. I highly recommend them. Makes getting in and out of gates easy and can do it one handed when necessary.
