Tastes nice
Tastes lovely I am very impressed and I need to improve my potassium so this is perfect for me. Tastes mild, not zesty, very refreshing but I would like a more intense flavour but I got this for the high amount of potassium

Nice tasting product
Just started using this, tastes nice and easily soluble in water. will see how effective it is with use. I like that it comes with own measuring spoon.

Good product
Only gave it 3 stars as for me it is very sweet and hard to drink it. I used it only twice as it is impossible sweet and makes me sick only when i smell it but that doesn't mean for someone else would be the same. I am sure the benefits from it are great if you manage the taste. I also used this on a water fasting journey so it could have been probably even harder to deal with it as all my senses were stronger but since then i cannot even smell it.

Great product
I follow Dr. breg's YouTube channel and really like the the content. In regards to this item All good. The only thing I would like to add is too sweet. If you could decrease the sweetness a bit. Maybe.

Electrolyte solution
Helps with my PoTS, I use about a third of the scoop in the morning and use sea salt the rest of the day. Has helped a lot.

Delicious, Refreshing, & Energising
I follow Dr Berg on YouTube and this man has literally saved my life. I have had so many health issues and all the doctors do is prescribe drugs that lead to further complications. It was when I decided to take responsibility for my health that I found Dr Berg and my life has completely changed. I still have some challenges but I am much healthier now that I am on a keto diet and implementing Dr Bergs teachings. This drink is one of the many products I have bought from Dr Berg because I trust him. It is delicious and gives me plenty of energy while I work from home. Iโve read some reviews of people saying itโs lumpy. I found that giving it a vigorous stir got rid of the lumps very easily. Anyone having this problem can try that. Or you can use one of those handheld milk spinner things.
