Great product....easy to fit and does the job
This blind comes as 3 bits.... A left hand rail, a right hand rail and the roller unit. The instructions are ok, but could benefit from some wording, but once I'd lined everything up the unit fitted in to the window very easily, taking literally 5 minutes. The blind itself is very good.... Blacks out sunlight as promised. The blind can be pulled down to any position and it holds in place... Push the handle at the end of the blind and it retracts.... Very easy! All in all delighted with the product.... It arrived quickly, was fairly easy to fit, and does the job excellently.

Great quality and very simple to fit
Great product, fast shipping and a very simple installation - without exaggeration it took 5 mins to fit it at my first try. It's a complete blackout blind without any light leaks. I'm very pleased.

A little ajustment was needed to fit but it looks and works the best. (probably cos it's not by velux) but the saving was well worth it.

Excellent Product and buying more!
Really pleased with this blind; we have 4 Velux windows and bought a single blind to check it worked and was good value. Will now be ordering the other 3!!Arrived on time and was well packed.Expected to be 'playing' with the installation for an hour or so - had it working within 25 minutes of looking at the instructions. Simple to install, a perfect fit for the window and requires only 4 screws; although do not over-tighten the first 2 as this makes the uprights trickier to put in place. So far the operation is smooth and easy to adjust.Final bonus is that it is a TOTAL black out - even though the colour is light.

Very bad blind , do not buy.
Unless you have a brand new velux window do not buy this blind. Mine doesn't close all the way and springs back when touched. They said it was because window was old, seven yrs. It was also a pain to fit . Bad product and terrible customer service.

Perfect and easy to fit.
Seems very well made, fits well and the blind blocks out direct sunlight.Took about 10 minutes to fit, including reading the instructions. Just four screws (taped to the inside of the packaging, so don't throw the box away first) and only a crosshead screwdriver required.Once you've peeled the adhesive strip off on the roller, make sure you position the roller dead centre of the Velux window.

You need to be an experienced DIYer.
Difficult to install and needs two people. One to hold the top metal section in place -adhesive strip totally ineffective, the metal fell off and chipped my toilet seat :( - while the other person puts in the screws to hold it in place. After that it was more straight forward but not an easy job.

Fantastic simple product
I was nervous about using this product due to it being an alternative to a velum blind, but it is fantastic. Really simple to fit, and unlike some of the other reviews, I achieved total blackout. I couldn’t see my hand in front of me. I would recommend this to anyone.
