[App Upgraded] 128GB iPhone USB Flash Drive, iOS Memory Stick, iPad External Storage Expansion for iOS Android PC Laptops (Black 2)

Received yesterday and ended up waiting until hubby went to bed before trying to copy photos from my iPhone. Surprisingly enough, I managed to do it all by myself, which is amazing because I'm somewhat technically challenged under the best of circumstances. Just plug the drive into the phone (if you have an Otterbox cover like I do, you'll have to remove it), and you're directed to download the app. I did, then opened it the app and following the instructions, selected all the photos I wanted to copy, pressed "done", and zip! In a matter of seconds nearly 500 photos and videos are copied from my iPhone to the drive. I like that it has multiple connectors. What I don't like is that it came with a little strap/loop thing but there's no place on the device for attaching it. Outer case is metal and looks pretty sturdy. Today I will try to copy the photos on the drive to my laptop's photo library. I feel better today knowing that if something happens to my iPhone, I haven't lost all the photos on it, and I can even delete some of them to clear up space.

This is a great product --- once I figured out how to use it! First difficulty was finding the iEasyDrive app in the Apple App Store. Unlike some other reviewers, the device did not automatically take me to the app so I had to go to the Apple App Store on my own. The App Store failed to recognize the app's name. However, by entering the name in a Google search on the internet it took me to the correct app at the Apple Store. In fact there were two of them listed, a regular iEasyDrive and an iEasyDrive Plus which added microphone recording. Both are free and I downloaded both just to be safe.The second difficulty was that I plugged the flash drive into a four port hub connected to my computer. I spent some considerable time trying to figure out how to load files from my Mac onto the drive. I am not computer illiterate and tried everything from iCloud to DropBox and some other techie efforts. Nothing worked. It seemed that the drive would only be good for storing photos taken with the iPad or iPod but no connection to the computer to load videos or other media. Just as I was about to give up in frustration and consider returning the device, I tried plugging it directly into my computer instead of the four port hub. Wallah! I worked just as I had hoped it would. It does take a long time to load videos, which can be started and allowed to continue overnight. It works! Love it!

I am very pleased with my purchase and this product. The very first time I plugged it in the notification to download the app appeared but then disappeared. It was easy to just go to the App Store and download the nessary app and get the ball rolling. The directions are easy to follow, easy to create a folder and transfer files/pics/videos. I also plugged it into my PC to make sure everything was on there before erasing and clearing up space on my phone. Can’t beat the price for all of that storage. I would gladly buy another one to transfer pics from my older phones. I used it on the iPhone 6plus and it works well with that and my HP laptop.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my granddaughter. She takes an enormous amount of photos and videos on her iPhone and frequently fills it up. This flash drive enables her to off-load some photos when she is not home so she can continue taking pictures. She loves it and the fact that she no longer has to delete pictures on the fly to make more room on her phone.

WOW! I am so thrilled with how well this works for me. I can transfer all my photos, documents, videos and contacts from my iPhone 6S Plus to this and upload them all to my PC laptop and then clear this off and go again. It works terrific. And the speed is awesome. Didn't take but a few moments for transfer either way. I love it. And the price is Terrific! I have told several friends about it and they want one too 😀. I had previously bought a 32 gb flash drive from Best Buy but it didn't work with my phone, only with my tablet and PC. I also have a iPad Pro and it works for that too. Very Happy with my purchase! Great product! Works with my iPhone 6s. Just plug it in and it has you download the app. Then it just works. App could use some improvements. But all in all, not bad. Works and it’s simple. I had 8000 vids and movies on my phone and it copied them in about two hours( maybe a bit longer). Kinda a long time, but that was a lot of pics and vids. Five stars still.

Wonderful, Apple kept telling me I didn’t have any more space and needed turn in my phone and upgrade to a more expensive phone for space or delete everything off of iPhone for space. This USB saved me a lot money, I was able to save all my photos, important documents, and all of my contacts, I now have space as if my phone was brand new again.

Happy a gadget like this exists. Took all my photos off the ipad and will cancel my cloud account, don’t need it any longer. I like that these flash drives work on multiple types of platforms.

Just great and above my expectations.

The price is right and product is easy to use WHEN it works. Plugged in and downloaded app. Some (about 5 percent) of photos uploaded to the USB automatically. The others I had to do manually by selecting a max of 5 photos and then saving to the USB. It takes a lot of time if you have a lot of photos on your phone like me. If you have an apple phone Live photos also don't get uploaded to the USB automatically, so you'll have to do that manually as well. Also during this process it would say the USB was unplugged (which it wasn't) or that it was out of memory (which it wasn't). All in all I have about 1500 photos uploaded so far and 30ish small video clips...

It is a great idea and appears to work well so far. I am concerned about the USB end. It is not secure and it moves. I fear it may easily be broken.

Thinking, how hard can it be, plug in and play. Well, no. This device does not work like that. The instructions are a confusing blend of pidgin, English and what I only assume is either Mandarin or Cantonese (not being familiar in either). For example "click, downright "more" and then there's a list of Chinese characters I don't understand. I am unable to load more than 4 photos. I managed to transfer all my videos to the device, but sadly cannot transfer them to a different one (e.g. hard drive) so now I can't access them at all. Absolute rubbish.

Very disappointed. It says that all my photos and videos were all imported into the device.. yet only 71 pictures and 114 videos are showing. And when I try to import them again, it keeps telling me to delete my photos. I am beyond angry and super disappointed!! Not happy! There are no proper directions to fully understand.. a lot of it is in Chinese which I cannot translate 🤬🤬🤬

I have been trying to remove the pics off my iphone for months .I purchased this item and was able to download all the pics from my phone. I then uploaded them to a external hard drive . I deleted all the pics on my phone. I am no longer having back up issues etc. I used it on my Iphone 7

I thought this was supposed to use the same app as one I bought before, it doesn’t. Everything that gets downloaded onto this drive gets erased when trying to open it. Don’t waste your money on this. Get one that uses i-easy drive app.
