Loved shoes
I returned the shoes because they were too small and I ordered another pair that were perfect, but I cannot receive my refund from the shoes. I have tried many times but I still have not received my refund and it is going over three months. This is definitely not Amazon service. Have always had wonderful service through them.

Shoes were not new!
When you pay $170 for a pair of shoes they should be brand new with absolutely no sign of wear and tear. This picture was taken in the box literally minutes after opening my Amazon package. Shoes are a perfect fit and great looking with the exception of the obvious fact that had been worn by another person. This is my first pair of OnClouds and I am extremely disappointed that I paid that much money for used shoes.
