i wish i had better before and after photos, but the second photo is before using it and the first photo is after a few months of using it. i applied the oil on before every shower and left it on for at least 30 minutes before washing it out. i used this to combat my dry scalp and help make my hair healthy and smooth and i absolutely have noticed a difference. not only has my hair gotten softer but its also gotten thicker, and my hairline got fuller too. its also worth noting that im a very oily person, my hair will get greasier than a gas station pizza if i dont shower regularly, but this oil doesnt make my hair oily, in fact its kept my hair from getting too oily and i actually can get away with not having to wash it for an extra day or two (altho i still keep up my routine as i like to stay clean) it also has helped that i double wash my hair in the shower to get enough oil out (i use professional salon shampoo so im sure that also helps, but ive used salon shampoo way before as well) i think its also safe to say it will last a long time too, cause i think ive used this since March of this year (writing this review in May btw) and the bottle is still very full. if i had to guess, this one bottle will probably last me til later this year and i think for the price thats a huge bang for your buck. overall i recommend this product! especially if you have dry scalp and oily hair. i also recommend pairing it with a good shampoo as well! update: it has now been a year since buying this product and its STILL got some left 😂 there have only been a few times i didnt use it, where im away on a trip but not for very long, id say i missed using it for a total of 30 showers at most. otherwise, i still use it the same way, on my scalp before every shower for 30 minutes, and i reckon i still have a couple more months left in it. this product lasted longer than i thought it was going to so i think its a huge bang for ur buck! and i recommend using the "comb" looking end to apply the product and pair it with a scalp massager to get it all over my scalp, and im sure my hair has improved from the massage as well. i will let yall know, especially as young cosmetologist, that this product doesnt do anything for hair growth, and i didnt notice a change in that (the only thing that determines hair growth is genetics, so im sorry to say no product will help that) but it absolutely has made my hair feel softer, healthier, fuller looking, and help not feeling like i have to shower often. i still recommend pairing it with a good salon shampoo to really help your hair and boost the effects!

i love these hair oils. i just recently (last year lol) started oiling my hair once a week, and it makes my hair so shiny, healthy, and silky afterwards (i've gotten compliments on it too). and i honestly feel like my hair might grow even faster??! idk but my hair grows like a weed anyways lol. also the smell is so good but not overpowering! i’ve literally now gotten my mom, sister, and best friend addicted too. just be sure to double shampoo at minimum to fully wash it out.

I’ve been using this for a couple of months now and thought I’d write a review. I have seborrheic dermatitis and not only does it cause embarrassing flakes but it also itches to the point where it’s like a yeast infection on my head; the more you scratch the better it feels but then you stop scratching and it’s like Satan himself is running his talons (nails? claws? How does one describe the tips of Satan’s fingers?) down my scalp. This oil helps to bring some relief. Does it smell good? No, it smells like a barber shop. Does it relieve the flaking? Also no, at least not in my case. But it does help control the itch and since it’s free from steroids I can use it as often as I’d like. It’s also greasy despite advertising itself as non-greasy but it is literally oil so… duh. I’ll gladly walk around looking and smelling like a hippie if it means relief.

Great product! It smells wonderful and feels invigorating on my scalp. This oil smooths and conditions my hair and scalp. Very pleased with this product. Will purchase this again, before original bottle is finished!

I don't know how it will work with my thinning hair but it made it greasy. I'll try and use less next time but the oil is very thick on my baby fine hair.

I was skeptical when I first heard about batana oil, but after using it for a few weeks, I’m blown away by the results. My hair feels thicker, softer, and noticeably healthier. I’ve struggled with thinning edges and dry patches for years, and this is the first product that actually made a visible difference. I massage a small amount into my scalp 2–3 times a week and leave it on overnight (it smells a bit earthy, but not unpleasant). Within a month, I started seeing baby hairs and much less breakage. I use this bi weekly, I put it all over my scalp and my ends and leave in overnight and then wash the next morning. Can’t say for certain this is THE reason, but my hair has improved a lot from a few months ago when I started noticed elevated hair fall and loss. This oil plus scalp massage plus high quality shampoo has saved my hair, thinning has stopped and hair has grown quite quickly. Obviously has a strong tea tree scent, which I happen to love. Give it a go if you’re into scalp oiling!

It’s a good product. It smells nice. It’s a very lightweight oil. Use this one to our prior washing your hair. It makes your hair feel very soft. Although I cannot say about how much does it helps for the hair growth because I don’t use this constantly, but it makes your hair look shiny and your hair just feels alive.
