Seems to work...
Since taking these -- one a day -- my bowl issues have lessened. Is it because of the Probiotics or diet or cutting back on alcohol, I don't know, but taking a Probiotic certainly won't hurt my digestive system, and will only help.

Not convinced
I haven't noticed any changes since I started taking this a month ago, but to be fair I haven't noticed any oral probiotic to be helpful. I have recurring stubborn BV and so far suppositories have been the best solution for me.
