Works, but connection to compatible networks can be sporadic.
Relatively easy to install and use once the mobile phone app is installed. I bought two for use in India and had mixed results. There are a number of network operators available in India and this can vary depending on where you are. The sim card would only connect well if the JIO network was available, and sometimes even this did not work, even when manually selecting the network. When it did work and connected at 4G, it was quite good, but you need to watch the data usage as the 1GB included can be easily used up. At best it's useful for very short term use until you can get a local SIM card, which in INDIA is next to impossible if you are a tourist with no local contacts.It does have the advantage that you can leave the phone set to the Flexiroam SIM with the data turned off so you don't use up your data and you don't incur roaming charges on your normal SIM. When you want to use your normal SIM you just switch back via the phone app.

First not always work.
The sim did not work, so I had to remove it.. bury the time I returned back home, it was too late to return it, so I am really upset

Ensure you find out their preferred provider when searching for signal.

Convenient but inconsistent signal
It's very convenient if you have a trip that include several countries. However, the signal was good in some countries and bad or non-existent in others. I used it when travel in Asia and here was my experience with the signal:1. Beijing - terrible signal. Just about works for Whatsapp messages.2. Hong Kong - good reliable signal3. Macao - good reliable signal4. Bali - good signal in the city, sometimes no signal in between cities.5. Gili T - bad signal6. Singapore - good signalAnother thing I noticed is that towards the end of my trip, my signal would start to drop randomly and restarting my phone would bring it back. If you have a dual sim phone, the app seems to interfere with the signal of the other sim. So I've uninstalled the app when I'm back at home.

producto obsoleto y no funciona
me mandaron un producto el cual no pude siquiera usar, me puse en contacto con la compañía de Flexiroam y me comentaron que el producto que me enviaron es obsoleto y fuera de funcionamiento. Tuve que comprar un chip virtual justo antes de subirme al avión y al querer hacer la devolución por Amazon, el proveedor me la negó, por lo cual son casi $600.00 a la basura. PÉSIMO!

Let me down when I needed it the most
Had some problems getting it up and running but support was able to help me out. Sometimes had problems connecting and when I needed it the most it did not connect.

It’s amazing i’ve used it in Germany, Italy, Netherlands,Belgium, France and Turkey actually it works well speeds are also good!

N'a jamais fonctionné.
Impossible de l'utiliser avec mon Huawei P-Smart 2018. Carte SIM non reconnue. Renvoyée et remboursée par Amazon. Merci.

Kit fllexiroam
Il sistema é ottimo e funziona bene ma, attenzione, il piano dati con cui viene fornito il kit non è quello descritto ma arriva con un piano locale che funziona grossomodo nell'area euroasiatica. Io l'avevo acquistato per il sud America e una volta lì ho scoperto che non funzionava in nessuno dei Paesi sudamericani elencati nelle immagini descrittive e ho dovuto acquistare un nuovo piano dati globale. Comunque Amazon mi ha rimborsato l'importo dell'acquisto.
