I bought this key safe on October 5, 2024. On February 3, 2025, a staff member was opening the safe and the top hinge broke and the door fell off. Luckily no one was hurt. I called Amazon, they will do nothing for me. I was told the manufacturer would be reaching out to me. I knew that wouldn't happen, and it hasn't. Thoroughly disgusted that you think your buying quality and all you get is barely four months of use from a wall safe. More disgusted that no one will stand behind the product. I got a note from Amazon that they were sorry they couldn't do anything for me. Yes you could, replace the safe!

This is a really good looking high-quality key box! I own a car dealership and it has plenty of room for all the keys with the key fobs! I am very happy with this purchase, and would highly recommend it to anyone!

1st delivery came damaged and unable to open the door. The replacement arrived and still unable to open the door and use the product. I know this safe is good as have one at my East Office that was purchased years ago. However seems manufacturing as gone down hill since that purchase.

This thing made me feel like I was dumber than a stack of bricks. Had to come to the reviews to figure out how to change the date/time correctly. It's a good safe once you actually get it put together. Directions are very unclear.
