Bacon Me Crazy has made me a fan of the Carolina Reaper.
A great hot sauce that is hot but cools off somewhat quickly. It pairs nicely with ketchup on eggs or any form of fried potatoes you like. I look forward to my move to Fort Mill SC, the home of this amazing hot sauce.

super hot
bought this to replace a bacon hot sauce I had found in Brazil (which I loved) and cant find in the States. This Bacon Me Crazy probably has some bacon flavor in it somewhere, but it's so hot, my taste buds are on fire and it gets lost in the heat! I like hot sauce, but this one is a little too hot for me. I'm sure others would like it though.

The flavor is so much better and the heat is medium to medium-hot.

Absolutely yummy
Not only that, it's got a pretty decent kick to it. I use it daily for my eggs and whatever lunch it can enhance. Puckerbutt Pepper Company is IMO, the premier hot and not so hot sauce maker on the planet.
