Quality is what you pay for
I got mine from another source, but you can tell it's quality when you use it. Good step height, not loud, built in fan. I assembled it in a few hours from the crate, make sure you use instructions to see how to roll it off the pallet!

Great Machine
Perfect garage stair master. Came in three days with FedEx freight. Love it. Easy to put together too. Customer service was extremely responsive and helpful. Garage ceiling is 8ft 9in for reference.
