I bought this machine as a temporary solution whilst renovating and have been so impressed. It arrived yesterday, I had it set up within 20 minutes connected to the normal washing machine pipe (not a tap). It’s quiet and fast. I have so far done 4 washes, including the quick wash (20 minutes) and soak and wash (1 hour). It’s cleaned really well and the spin function has left everything relatively dry. Clothes, towels, bedding and some rather socks have all come out well.

Absolute nightmare to get tap attachment. However someone plumbed it in and excellent SO easy to use and washes brilliant. Bought for a elderly neighbour ( easy to use) Clever ( different water levels)

What can I say .. This is a brilliant machine. . It does a really good wash and clothes are clean. it spins well too. It’s like having a normal washing machine, but just a little bit smaller, but still does a damn good job. Ideal for flats that have communal washing machines that one does not like using, so this is perfect for me. Ideal for anyone to use in their home to live independently.. I’m so pleased with it, that I’m actually going round my flat looking for things to wash. I could not recommend it more.

I have received delivery of this washing machine today and have just tried to use it. One recent Amazon review states the machine can be connected to mains water or manually filled. I would like to let people know that this is not correct. It cannot be manually filled instead of connecting to mains water. I have tried doing that and the machine will not work like that. I have just come off the phone from Customer Service and was advised the machine needs to detect water coming in via the inlet tube, once this is picked up by the sensor then extra water could potentially be added if desired. I was really relying on being able to manually fill. I have checked the instruction booklet and there is information on the particular type of tap required to use the inlet hose. I do not have this kind of tap anywhere in my house and this information was not provided prior to purchase. It is fairly common not to have this tap indoors nowadays. I don’t want to be negative because it seems like a good quality machine, but I suggest any potential buyers NB that the inlet hose definitely needs to be used, manual fill only is not an option, and a particular type of tap is required. I will add a photo. I hope this information helps other people avoid the inconvenience and worry I am currently experiencing.

Amazing product, we use it in our Static Caravan it fits great and washes great, stains come out first time and washing looks and smells clean each time. We have our machine on at least once a day and never been disappointed. Been able to attach it to a tap is ideal, we have a mixer tap allowing us to control the water temperature meaning you can do a warmer wash for whites ect without taking the time a normal washing machine would take. 55 minutes and washing is complete ( there is quicker options available if you want) I was very sceptical about buying this product but honestly it's one of the best things I have bought for my Caravan and only regret is I never bought it sooner.

It really saved me from sharing the laundry in the building. I connected it to the shower tap and use it in the bathroom. I bought the connector from Amazon.
