Our family have all bought these for loose tea.

This product is perfect for brewing tea leaves. Easy to put the tea into and steep to desired time. I am overjoyed with these. Much better than the metal strainer type for tea leaves. No longer do I have leaves in the bottom of my cup. To borrow a slogan, good to the last drop!

I'm a big tea drinker and I enjoy this product. No smell or taste from it. Just be gentle separating the bottom to widen it. It will tear open if you're too rough. Pretty sturdy product overall though. Out of a pack of 100 filters I sometimes get one or two filters that tear on me or open up on the bottom when adding the loose leaf tea (ALWAYS before I add it to the hot water). Never had it break open in the water. Happy with product, I recommend it.

I use these filters at home and work for all kinds of teas and coffee. It's the perfect size for my mug and works much better than the metal mesh infusers at filtering out fine particles. It's generally easy to use. Just add contents to the bag with a teaspoon and fold over the flap 2 or 3 times. I did have problems with the bag coming open if I dropped in the bag in before pouring in the hot water or if I stirred my tea/coffee with the bag still in the mug. To prevent the bag from opening, I have to pour the water in before adding the bag and hold it against the side of my mug with one hand while I stir with the other. It would be great if the company could devise a better way to keep the envelope closed.

I enjoy the simplicity of these tea bags. These work best for steeping tea by soaking in hot water. I prepared a DIY herbal tea in the microwave; and it leaked ingredients into my tea.I found it necessary to purchase a mini-heat sealer to use these bags in microwave. I wish that a company would offer a DIY teabag with a strip at opening that seals automatically when exposed to water.

I’ve been using these tea filters for years and I am extremely happy with each and every purchase I’ve made. I prefer the #1 because it holds the perfect amount of tea for one cup. I especially like that you don’t have to wash all the little bits of leaves out of the tea strainer which can get very messy. They are convenient, easy to use, and best of all, disposable!

I've used the size 2 and have been very happy. These size 1, however, are brittle, some already torn at the seams; I have to be careful or they'll tear. I'm guessing these are older, or were stored in an environment not suitable for them.
