Okay, unfortunately I received a defective cutting board. The defect was on some of the edge and a corner on the medium sized board. The most important thing here though was the incredible customer service! When I first contacted them, they were very apologetic and immediately sent me an email on how to proceed for a refund or replacement. On providing them with the information they requested, they immediately replied (on a Sunday night!) and said I could have either a refund or replacement. Even though I likely would have ordered the same thing, I decided to ask for a refund just to check out other options first. After another immediately reply they said that I would receive my refund in 3 to 5 days. Then, they added I could keep the cutting boards for my trouble! Then they exceeded my expectations again when I received my refund in less than a day! It was so refreshing to get this kind of customer service. They were apologetic, very quick and exceeded my expectations in every way. Kudos to Smirly!

These cutting boards are good. I did retreat them.

I guess maybe you get what you pay for and that’s why it’s a cliché, but I hoped for more from these cutting boards. The large one has warped within the first month of owning it so now it is totally dished and does not sit flat on the counter. We have followed all instructions and caretaking, but the cutting board continued to under-perform. Very lightweight, shows the cuts easily from use. If you want a nice cutting board pay for a nice cutting board and look elsewhere. Lesson learned.

Boards are quality and very nice looking. Sizes are perfect and make using them easy. Customer service is top notch!
