Works well but takes a little figuring out
Bought this as a gift despite the one star rating at the time. The product works as described and fits on the lens perfectly. Took us a little while to figure out how to change the filter between the different shapes but definitely possible. Takes a while to figure out as there aren't instructions but works well and does create the Bokeh effect.

Not a good buy.
In order to use this product you need a set of callipers to loosen and tighten the locking ring that holds the filter in place - or at least that's what the inventor says in his online video. Even with callipers I could not loosen the ring. The inventor could have used several other methods, such as a wide threaded ring into which the filter screws, or spring loaded clips. Not a good buy.
