What's the distance for the remote to turn on the light? Can I have the sign on the second floor and be able to turn it on from the first floor?

Here is an review from the black model that looks to be from the same manufacturer. I was looking for the same info! "Good but remote controls multiple lights at once" By Amazon Customer in the United States on August 2, 2023 Sign is good looking and functional. I bought 2: One for my daughter and one for me. I assumed the remote was IR, but is apparently RF. Although both lights are 20' (or more) apart and in different rooms, the remote operates both simultaneously (on/off). Somewhat minor inconvenience, but I'm using mine in "manual" mode here. As I've only had them for a couple of months, I can't attest to battery life. Wouls also have been nice to have a mounting template.

What kind of power cable does this use

The on air light sign can be powered by the tapc interface. Or powered by 3 AA batteries.

Will the light turn back on if toggle switch is on after power cord is unplugged and plugged back in?

Due to the location of the sign on the door to our studio, we do not have access to 110 current. We simply use the batteries and flip to switch when we enter to door. I did not try it with a power cord. It is a great sign and worth the price. best, bob

Si è proprio il caso di dirlo: appena collegato e acceso la scritta diventa un simpatico elemento d'arredo e fa pure una bella luce. La costruzione, sebbene fatta con materiali per lo più economici e soprattutto leggerini, sembra poter resistere nel tempo. L'elemento che appare più delicato è il pannellino con la scritta "ON AIR". E' di plastica leggera leggera, probabilmente anche perché deve risultare traslucido ma insomma bisogna porre attenzione quando lo si sposta ed evitare che qualcosa possa impattarvi sopra. Il tasto on/off è vecchia scuola ma pratico. La presa USB funziona bene. Tirando le somme sono soddisfatto
