Good quality item, easy to fit in a few minutes. Highly recommended.

It arrive when it should have. Fitting was relatively easy, I just had to file off the two nipples that were getting in the way. It has worked well since. Although someone in the house was a bit ham fisted and managed to get the inside nut to cross thread by yanking down on the handle. I sort of understand as the previous handle used to stick. Otherwise I am quite happy

Our cistern is quite old, this fitted well.

I took delivery of this item on March 22nd and the handle sheared off today May 2nd. This is the toilet in my apartment, used by 2 people. The quality of the metal in the shaft is obviously inferior and not fit for purpose.

For the price I was impressed with its quality, fitted it within 10 minutes and totally happy with the product.

The flush handle is quite tight to cistern lid, often getting jammers

It was fine as a replacement as handle of previous one had snapped off. Direct replacement, easy to fit. Had to use rubber sealing ring from previous set up as this did not come with one.

The inside mechanism as in the tread and screw were v poor....the plastic screws would not tighten properly and kept skipping on the tread, so every time I flushed it just came loose....I found one similar in a hardware shop that had a longer tread and a rubber washer so that the plastic screws sits tight against it.......I wouldn't waste my money on this
