Quality exceeds the price!!
It does the job perfect the first time! It's an easy exchange from the regular foot to the ruffler foot. The only downfall which is really minor, the part of the foot that actually pushes the fabric to make the ruffle will loose its "grip". All it needs is to be bent back in place & your good to go!!

There are better designed rufflers
Worked for a while, but went out in a couple of days. There are better designed rufflers, but they cost more.

Easy gathers and pleats
This ruffler foot makes simple gathers and pleats a breeze. Simply attach to the machine, choose how often you want a pleat (every stitch, every 6 stitches, every 12 stitches or no pleating), thread your fabric into the foot and start sewing away. I've made some beautiful trim with this foot. There is a little learning curve at the begining, but just watch a couple ruffler foot tutorials on YouTube and you should be good to go!

Save for Brand name.
I bought this some months ago, no problems with shipping. Took me a while to use it on a project. Finished up a small project without a problem. Tried using it again and it came apart. Back to hand ruffling until I can afford to buy brand name peice.

Does it work? Yes. Can I do it faster and better using the regular sewing machine foot and just cramming the fabric in myself? Yes.

I like this, but it was complicated at first.
I love this. I find myself wanting to use it. It's really easy to use once you figure out how to put the fabric in. The instructions are a bit complicated, it needs better pictures. If you have never used one. I ended up just playing with it until I got it going.
