Only adjusts to larger sizes, not smaller.
I really wanted to like this but it's just too large for my wrist. It is supposed to be adjustable and that's why I bought it but it's only adjustable in the upward sense. If you need it large it will expand but if you need it smaller you are out of luck. For a dainty bracelet it is not for dainty wrists. The colored pads are also a bit small. When one is in there you can see the edge of it. The pads will fit if just a little larger in diameter and it will look a lot better.

MEDALLION FALLS OFF QUICKLY
I WAS, IMPRESSED WITH THIS BRACELET UNTIL I STARTED USING IT. ON THE VERY FIRST DAY, THE FRAGRANCE DISC CAME OFF AND WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO FIND IT. I REATTACHED IT TO THE BRACELET AND THE SECOND TIME I WORE IT AGAIN IT CAME OFF, BUT I DID NOT FIND IT. SO NOW I HAVE A PLAIN BAND WITH NO FRAGRANCE DISC. THEY NEED TO PUT A STRONGER CIRCLE ATTACHMENT ON THIS, THEIRS BENDS AND PULLS APART TOO QUICKLY. CAME IN A VERY NICE GIFT BOX AND POUCH.

Bought this for my daughter who suffers from asthma. The essential oil helps open up her bronchial system to help her breathe and the convenience of the bracelet means it always close when needed.

It's good but you may have to tighten the chain that holds the charm.
This was a gift for my daughter. She likes it but the charm comes off often.
