ALLERGY BEWARE
BEWARE. it is NOT as advertised. The piece arrived with label that lists made from pasteurized COW'S milk! I am allergic to cow's milk and took a bite before found a small section of the cut label section showing ingredients. They have no return policy but more importantly could make people ill. Cheese taste abd quality NOT an issue
