what is this product is all about?

I bought this as a gift for a friend that flies planes. I believe that this type of hat was worn by tweedle dee and tweedle dum in Alice in Wonderland. Don't know if it really has a purpose other than fun

Yes it has a brim like a regular baseball cap.

By snap back, do you mean can you adjust it at the back of the hat? The answer is yes, you can. The adult male I bought it for has a small head, and he was able to adjust it to fit him nicely. It's a fun hat! He gets lots of compliments and it's a conversation starter on the beach.

Fun hat, pretty well made

For what this is, I feel like it's a pretty good product. It seems fairly sturdy, not too cheap although it's just kind of a goofy item! My 13 yo wanted one for Christmas for some reason, and after reading reviews this seemed like a good option, and I'm glad I spent a bit more and went with this. It will be fun for him to play or joke or do whatever and will hold up and not fall apart right away!
