Perfect for what I needed

This pastry flour is great for delicate pastries. They made the most perfectly tender scones! Everyone enjoyed them so much. I appreciate the bulk size and the easily resealed bucket, which is more air-tight than simply storing in a paper sack as many other brands do.

Made some great biscuits , We have not done a lot of baking with this yet but it is,A good handling fresh tasting pastry flour. A comes in a,large sturdy reseal able bucket. Good for large batch and long storage too.
