Aquamidas FreshaFlush

So far so good. We had strange black slime appearing every time we flushed our toilet. Using bleach in the cistern cleared it up but it kept coming back and the bleach isn’t good for the rubber seals in the cistern. Now had fresh a flush in the cistern for a week and touch wood it seems to be working.A week later it is still working. No sign of black slime/mould. Toilet is immaculate.

Thes units do work to reduce bacterial growth but they are expensive for what they are.

I've used their FreshaDisc product in our waterbutt with good effect and wanted to try these in the toilet cistern. I have had no problems with it, I am unable to see any real difference as we are still using the Blue blocks up at the same time. However its great that this is essentially everlasting so it feels worth the money compared to needing to buy regular Blue blocks or similar

I found this product to be excellent. I have bought one each for my toilet cisterns and similar for my water tanks and water butt and one that keeps cut flowers fresher for longer. I am a satisfied customer.

This has made a noticeable difference to the limescale in my cistern. Started working after a few days. I no longer have black residue running into my toilet bowl.

I tried this product for three weeks and it made no difference to the limescale in any part of the toilet system.
