The product arrived quickly and worked beautifully for about 2 months. Then I started noticing that it was charging slowly and activating and deactivating as I held it in my hand with the power cord attached. Well now it doesn't charge with the button or connected to a/c wall power. It turns out that the male power insert into the bottom of my phone is loose/broken so it will not charge at all. Occasionally I take my phone out to bluetooth charge so I don't understand how this breaks the connection piece. The reason I give it only 3 stars is it only lasted a little over 2 months.Since posting my review, the company's customer service department contacted me directly expressing their sorrow for the problem I had and offered to rectify things. I thought being past the return date it wasn't worth the hassel of a warranty claim. They informed me ut was under warranty and if I dedired, they'd send me a new one. Well, they did and I didn't even half to return the defective product. Cudos to a standup company with real customer service principles. I've had it about a week now and it's working beautifully so far, just like the original. I gave it 5 stars for the outstsnding customer service. This Vet truly is greatful!

It is very good, it charges my phone to almost 60% when I am out of battery (2%).The color is perfect and you can turn it off just to use it as a case, I totally recommend it!!!If you need a case/ power bank stop looking somewhere else, this is it!!! Also it fits perfectly with the S7 edge, considering that some times this is one of our biggest issues as users.Just be aware that, since it's a powerful charger, the case is a little heavy, but don't worry you get used to it, and as I said before, it's worth it!!! THE BEST CASE EVER!!!!!

Love the battery case. Very convenient, when you run out of power on the go, just press the button and it charges your phone without the hassled of cords. I bought one at the Arizona State Fair last Oct 2017 (very expensive) $99. I must have dropped my phone a million times which that case protected very well but it started cracking so I had to find another one. I was very pleased to find this case so cheap.

This will not only allow your phone battery to go the extra mile, but the kickstand feature is awesome too. I now multi-task having my cellphone screen pointed at me while I work on my laptop. It also comes in handy if you are at dinner and want to show a video to a friend, just knock out the kickstand and set it on the table. Love my phone even more because of this thing!

I have used this for 2 mos. I wanted to get a good amount of use in before i reviewed. I've been very happy, absolutely no complaints. I get 2 FULL charges! To my admitted surprise! 👍 so far... Pretty good!!

I have owned 3 of these. They work great and completely recharge the phone when you activate with the button. I don't mind the extra weight and the grip is secure. Three things to be aware of. First, you cannot use a fast cordless charger through it. Second, the "horns" over the top will break off if you drop the phone on the corner. Third, it is stiff to put on and remove. None of these concerns detract from the fact that you can fully recharge your phone, on the go.

The ability to charge my phone on the go is a huge plus! But this has more downsides than good. The main downside is that it affects pictures as it gives nighttime pictures a rose-gold glow to them. It is also just hard plastic, so it does not offer any shock protection from drops. It also does not do Quick Charging, so charging takes longer than charging the phone directly.

I have tried to use this product 3x (I guess it's my fault for trying 3x...?) Now I can't return it. Stopped charging about 3 weeks ago. Holds a charge if it works but is basically fragile and doesn't take a charge well at all. (i have at least 4 working charge cables - none of them work). After about 3 weeks it would work if you positioned and pushed the charging cable in exactly right. 3 weeks later (and very little use - started relying on another backup charger product) it doesn't take a charge at all....bottom line - garbage... Go with a name brand like Anker.
