Travel Pal Auto-Inflating Mini Lumbar Support

Took this on my last 4 trips by air - definitely helped keep my back from getting as sore as it usually does. Rolls up tiny so doesn't take a lot of space and puffs up quickly with just a breath or two, so you don't feel like a dork huffing and puffing to inflate a huge pillow. Highly recommend.

I place this pillow under my right thigh while driving, eating at restaurants, etc. This helps tilt my pelvis just a little bit, and relieves a lot of my back pain.Self-inflates to "just a little too much" and would inflate further with more time or a little lips-lung help. If it's overinflated, one can loosen the valve slightly while sitting on it. It's easy to get right.Nice thing: after it deflates, it rolls up and fits easily into a jacket pocket.Seems sturdy: I expect it to last a long time.

Pricey for the size and that there isn't a storage bag or even a Velcro strap. I Bought as a replacement lower back support that I accidentally left on a plane. Measurements were on the description but I must have overestimated. It's much smaller than I imagined. It worked well enough on the last trip so will probably keep it. It does pack small. Thankfully I had my storage bag from my lost one that I used. A long Velcro strap would be an alternative to keep it rolled up.

I bought this to use when traveling on an airplane as I need lumbar support for my lower back pain. The product is small and very easily self inflates/deflates by the turn of a valve stem. It did provide some support but not enough for my back problems unfortunately. I wish it was actually a little larger when inflated. I can see how easy it would be to leave behind on an airplane as some of the reviewers wrote in their reviews. I only used it on my back so can’t say if it helped with necks or anywhere else.

I've bought 2 of these to use on the airplane; the first one started leaking so I got a second one. However, the second one I got also deflates pretty quickly. It goes from fully inflated to flat in about an hour, so I have to keep reminding re-inflating it every hour. Otherwise it's comfortable and very portable. Due to the mentioned issue though, I'll be looking for a different product.

So many lumbar cushions are just too big. A good support cushion fits in the curve of your lower back. Not above/below the curve because that defeats the whole purpose. This cushion is the correct size. It rolls up into a small size making it easy to stick in your bag. It’s easy to use.Loosen the cap - another plus, the cap will not unscrew completely so you don’t risk losing it - provide a puff or two of air to completely fill it, and tighten the cap. To deflate, loosen the cap and roll up the cushion. Tighten the cap and the cushion stays rolled up for storage.Highly recommended for travel especially for those with back problems.

I had ordered one a while back that was a bit bigger and was perfect. I accidentally left it on an airline! I thought I was purchasing the same pillow as I used my previous order to reorder, but this one is tiny compared to the other one. I am dissappointed as I think the other one did a better job.

I bought two of these for my husband and I as we were planning a long car trip. We've bought and received as gifts several different kinds of lumbar supports over the years and none of them were comfortable. They were either too thick, too thin or positioned too high or low on the back. The Healthy Back was a life saver for us. We could adjust it to fit perfectly. Normally, after a long trip, we wouldn't be able to straighten up after getting out of the car. But these Healthy Back supports made a 4-hour car ride seem like a trip down the block. We are looking forward to using them on our next air travel trip. They will be perfect for those horrible plane seats. Thank you for making this product!
